Titans add fresh muscle to squad
Titans Rugby continues to strengthen its squad and is pleased to announce the addition of two new players for the 2012-13 Championship season
Arriving at Clifton Lane ahead of next terms campaign are Lock forward Dan Sanderson from Moseley and number 8 Michael Noone from local rivals Doncaster Knights.
Man-mountain Dan Sanderson stands at 6’ 8” and weighs in at 18 stone plus and is sure to add power and physicality to the Titans pack. The 27 years-old lock spent the 2010-11 season as a duel registered player with Birmingham & Solihull and Northampton Saints and is expected to be a major force at Clifton Lane next season.
Michael Noone arrives as a number 8 and with a reputation of an aggressive, physical type of performer. At 22 Noone has immense potential and has represented Ireland at U18, U19 and at U20 levels. The former Leinster A star has been tipped for a bright future and is certain to be a big hit at Clifton Lane next season.
