Phil BOULTON
Phil returns to Clifton Lane for his second spell with the club after two seasons under the guidance of Graham Rowntree at Leicester. A dominant scrummager, Boulton shone on loan at Nuneaton in National Two last season and formed one third of the youngset ever National One front row when he played alongside Neil Briggs and Brendan Lynch for the Titans against Exeter in 2005.
