We produce a range of healthy speciality meat products of Southern African origin, all hand-made in North Yorkshire using natural ingredients. In addition, we manufacture and pack a wider range of meat snacks from around the world for the European market under different brands.Biltong Meat SnackOur core product biltong is a specialty meat snack, traditionally made in Southern Africa by sun-drying meat to preserve it. At Bare Earth we have adapted the drying process to produce a healthy alternative meat snack.We make biltong from whole Silverside Beef and cure it using natural spices before air-drying it in a controlled environment. No artificial colorants, flavours or preservatives are used.
